Agriculture is a vital part of life for Haiti. It provides jobs, feeds children, and continues growth and helps the communities become self-sustainable. By providing agriculture education, we are able to keep helping these families long after our departure. 

Meet Zamor: Agriculture Educator

Zamor completed 2 years of agriculture training, and is in charge of the large garden on the school’s grounds. He also teaches in our classrooms the basics of caring for a garden. In Haiti it’s vitally important to be able to grow your own food to help feed your family. As the garden and our program has grown, we’ve been able to hire an additional two men as helpers.
